One request, four clear boundaries
Parent DNS records
Individual validation and alias records in the existing parent zone. No child zone or NS delegation.
HTTPS certificate
A certificate in N. Virginia for this hostname secures the browser connection through CloudFront.
CloudFront
The edge serves this tiny page and signs requests to its private origin.
Private S3 origin
The diagnostic source bucket blocks public access; direct anonymous reads are checked separately.
